Weekend in Seattle: a list

by - June 15, 2014

1. Obsessed over all the fresh produce at the market. Think of all I could cook! (If I knew how to cook, that is)
2. Walked probably close to 15 miles total between walking the market to walking the streets chasing one bad yelp review after another in search of a seafood dinner.
3. Classic, over-used photo of the pike place market sign. I'm a tourist. Shoot me.
4. Flowers flowers flowers! I could spend hours just looking at these babies. My home will one day be packed to the brim with brightly colored blooms!
5. Smoothie from one of the hole-in-the-wall shops on pike. So delicious. Was gone in 3 minutes.
6. Fellow intern jumping up stairs. Because walking is too mainstream.
7. Food!! After hitting the pavement for hours looking for an affordable restaurant with more options than just chowder, we ended at the bar in Ivar's. Fantastic choice!
8. The view from the top of the huge Ferris wheel on the pier! I'm not one that's afraid of heights, but this was a bit higher than I expected. Still absolutely beautiful and fun with a lovely couple from California.

Here's to more adventures!
